Balance sheet

A snapshot of what a company owns (assets), what it owes (liabilities) and the difference (shareholders' equity) on one date.

Assets equal liabilities plus shareholders' equity. The balance sheet is taken at the end of a reporting period, so it shows one moment rather than a trend. Source 1
