Delisting

When a stock exchange removes a company's securities from trading on that exchange.

If an exchange tells a company it no longer meets a continued-listing rule, the company reports the notice on an 8-K under Item 3.01. A notice isn't a delisting: the company may have a period to get back into compliance, and it must disclose the steps it takes. Source 1 Source 2
